These cupboards are oak veneer inside, with concealed lighting and so forth, but the exterior is what it's all about discreetly padded and upholstered, hinges concealed slim handles so you don't mark the fabric.
The bedroom cupboards you see here are in children's rooms but are distinctly grown-up, with maple veneered interiors and gloss-finished Maple doors. As well as the deep internal drawers we used the plinth space for extra storage - real-estate in Portman Square is too valuable to waste.
A lovely penthouse apartment created by architects Paul Archer. In the minimalist wardrobes I specified thick perspex for the internal drawer fronts and many of the shelves - even the shoe racks were formed from the same material.
